Symptom: On all phones types, when agents go off-hook then on-hook without dialing an outbound number, an empty record (with no originator & destination numbers) is recorded in the database, which shows up in HR reports. On RT/RT-Lite phones, when agents does a connected transfer/conference, an empty outbound record (with no originator & destination numbers) is recorded in the database, which shows up in the HR reports. Conditions: Affects all customers using UCCX prior to 8.0(1).
