Description (partial)

Current behaviour of Device Credential Verification Report is to report snmp timeouts as Wrong Credentials.

SNMP timeouts occur when either the device is not reachable or when the snmp credentials are incorrect.
Having a message of Wrong Credentials when an snmp timeout is found during Device Credential Verification report only shows half the possible reasons.
It is better to report SNMP Timeout then to report Wrong Credentials if the credentials are actually correct.
