Description (partial)

In a call scenario, during Direct transfer where 2nd call survives, the enterprise Call History that an agent receives has missing CSQ and Route Point nfomation.

 An agent gets call, puts it on hold, makes another call to route point and does Direct Transfer such that the 2nd call, the agent has made, survives. Some other agent gets this second call.
