Description (partial)

Symptom:

customer  running Call manager 6.1.3-3000, thats integrated with active directory 2003, the issue they have is that if they have an user with user ID that has "apostrophe" we can not view ccmuser page. we get the message "log on failed --invaild user id or passsword"

call manager version 6.1.3-3000 integrated with active directory 2003
