Description (partial)

Symptom:
The cpp_sp_svr process crashes causing the FP fails over or reload.
Conditions:
This issue can occur with images prior of 12.2(33)XNE on ASR platforms using an FP5G, FP10G, or FP20G forwarding engine.  The trigger is the writing of a 320bit TCAM entry and also requires a very specific placement of data at the end of a memory page.
