Description (partial)

Symptom:

Using the VPN client to login before launching Windows, the firewall component VSINIT.DLL version 6.5 fails to be verified by as the root certificate at VeriSign has expired. Users are unable to login.

Conditions:

- VPN connection fails with the following error: 

"Validation failed for C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\VSINIT.DLL. You probably are missing a necessary root certificate"

Note: VSINIT.DLL version 6.5 fails, which is bundled with IPSec VPN client version 5.0.04.0300
Version 7.0 works, which has been upgraded in VPN client version 5.0.05.0290
