Description (partial)

cldlServerState changes to false when cldlServerTimeout or any other related attribute is changed.

1) Create a ldap server with server-status enabled.

2) In the mib-browser get-operation on the cldlServerState. It returns correclty as true (i.e enabled).

3) From mib-browser set cldlServerTimeout to any value like 2 or 3.

4) Now do a get-operation on the cldlServerState as in step 2. It returns as false even though we have not changed server state.
