Description:Help Pages needs to be implemented.

Symptoms:The new functionalities added namely Cerificate,links under Unified B2B Link,SAF,EMCC and VPN submenus listed under System Menu in CCM admin pages needs to be associated with their corresponding Help Pages,which are not yet implemented.

Condition:
1)"This Page" link available under Help menu does not open up the relevant help pages ,as the Help Pages are not available .
