Description (partial)

Symptom:

Unable to modify or remove a policy-map applied in a EVC:

caf-access-00(config-if-srv)#no service-policy output EVC-BTV-OUT
Service-policy attached to interface or service instance has unsupported config.
Unconfigure the unsupported config from the service-policy, then remove the policy  service-policy removal for efp 203 failed
caf-access-00(config-if-srv)#exit
caf-access-00(config-if)#no service instance 203 ethe
Service-policy attached to interface or service instance has unsupported config.
Unconfigure the unsupported config from the service-policy, then remove the policy output service-policy removal for efp 203 failed
caf-access-00(config-if)#

Conditions:

The router has version 12.2(33)SRE1 with RSP720-3CXL-GE and module 7600-ES20-10G3CXL. This occurred after customer removed the class class-default of the policy-map.
