Symptom: If you access your Profile page from two tabs of the same browser or two browser windows and try to add the same preferred contact method from both tabs or browsers, an error message/alert is displayed. Conditions: This issue can occur if you try to add the same preferred contact method from your Profile page, which you are accessing from two tabs of the same browser or two browser windows.
