Description (partial)

The state of all PWs( speudo-wires) will temporarily go down and then come back to their original state.
If GR( graceful-restart) is enabled, this behavior will only affect the control plane and not the forwarding plane.
If GR is not enabled, a small amount of traffic will be lost while the PWs are in the down state.

An L2VPN trace will also indicate this temporary disconnection
