Description (partial)

This is with CUCM 7.0.2 and the call is an audio /video call from an H.323 trunk endpoint to a SIP trunk endpoint. Between the ACK for the INVITE and the sending of the re-INVITE, CUCM drops some critical parameters from the H.264 codec media description. There are the logs corresponding to the building of the SDP and the sending of each of these SIP messages. Notice that parameters "max-mbps=35000;max-fs=3840" are present in the ACK but missing in the re-INVITE.

Occurs when using CUCM for SIP to H.323 interworking for H.264 video calls.
