Description (partial)


1. Have two CIPCs ( PhoneA and PhoneB) registered with CCM. PhoneA is SIP CIPC. PhoneA belongs to SIP Profile group with enabled VAD (voice activity detection)
2. Both CIPCs are in G729 region
3. Silence suppression is set to "True" on CCM -> System parameters

1. Start two CIPCs, PhoneA and PhoneB and have PhoneA calls PhoneB and PhoneB answers
2. Do not speak on PhoneA in order to have silence on PhoneA

Expected result:
Silence suppression should work on PhoneA

Actual result:
Silence suppression does not work on PhoneA
