Description (partial)

Symptoms: RTP timestamp on the RFC 2833 event is modified. IP Phones are using 
RFC2833 to transport the DTMF signals, which causes problems with the 
Voicemail systems.

Conditions: This symptom occurs when RTP header compression is enabled.
