Symptom:
  
 On a 4500 series switch equipped with supervisor 6, high cpu utilization
 may be experienced when either a large number of routes has been imported,
 triggered by a small amount of arp activity, or a large amount of arp   
 activity with a smaller routing table. show processes cpu will show 
 Cat4k Mgmt LoPri taking a significant amount of cpu utilization and show
 platform health  will indicate K5L3FlcMan FwdEntry, K5L3Unciast IFE Review
 and K5L3UnicastRpf IFE Review processes are running above their target
utilization.
     
 Conditions:
 Either:
 1) Large routing table and small to large amount of arp activity
 2) Smaller routing table with large amount of arp activity
