"https://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/front.x/ida/locator/locator.pl" and this
is actually what the MARS attempts to visit when the customer tries
to upgrade to a particular package via the CLI.

Conditions:

This issue only occurs when attempting to upgrade via the CLI, using the pnupgrade command.
