Description (partial)

Symptom:

L2L IPSec configured on PIX. PIX and all PIX-s IPSec peers have symmetric ACL for IPSec.
Capture from standby unit shows that standby unit tries to initiate ISAKMP session from standby IP-address while only the active unit is expected to initiate ISAKMP (from Active IP address).  Sessions initiated from Active unit works fine.
