Symptom: Clicking any IPS device in device view results in an empty pane with the error message "Error loading page. Select Tools > Security Manager Diagnostics and send the file to the Cisco Technical Assistance Center" Conditions: CSM 3.3, and the client is run by a user without administrator privileges.
