Description (partial)

Symptoms:

When doing a VACL capture of all packets on a SIP-400 with POS link (or other interface types) on one or both the ends of the link, the multicast packets get looped causing high CPU.

Conditions:

7600 router on both ends running SRC* / SRD* code and doing VACL capture on both ends.
