Cisco Bug: CSCta65811 - CEMR-6 Traffic is completely down on AIS-P injection for 250ms

Symptom:GFP-LFD is reported and traffic is down on HO (STS1, STS3c, VC3, VC4) HW-LCAS unprotected circuits, when AIS is injected on all the members of HW-LCAS circuit for duration of more than 50ms and less than 300ms. Issue is seen with CEMR-10, CEMR-6 and MLMR-10 cards. Conditions:Create a HO (STS1, STS3c, VC3, VC4) HW-LCAS circuits. Inject AIS on all the members for a duration of more than 50ms and less than 300ms, for multiple iterations. GFP-LFD is reported and traffic is completely lost in the direction AIS is injected. Issue is not seen with Protected (UPSR) circuits.
