Description (partial)

Symptom:

Some ports on Cat 4K might not come up correctly when a peer device - a server with Intel 1000BaseX fiber NIC is reloaded.  This problem is seen with WS-X4448-GB-SFP line card and 
WS-X4516 Sup and 12.2(53)SG, 12.2(31)SGA10 and 12.2(50)SG4 releases.  The link may not come up when you do shut/no shut.  The link may not come up when you OIR cable at the switch port.

Conditions:

1000base-SX Auto-negotiation enabled.
The linecards are one of the following:
WS-X4448-GB-SFP
WS-X4418-GB
The issue is seen only with the E series chassis and not with the Classic chassis.
