Description (partial)

Symptom:
G.Clear-Calls are also sent out with "3.1kHz Audio" instead of bearer-capability
"ISDN Unrestricted Digital Information" which ends in release with cause incompatible destination.

Conditions:

In most Deployments in germany/europe we use the configuration "##BC=3.1kHz##" in the description-field of the MGCP-gateway-Port to use bearer-capability "3.1kHz Audio" instead of "Speech" to make Faxes work in some ISDN environments (ISDN end to end compatibility check fails in most cases with Speech).
If this "##BC=3.1kHz##" config is done, then G.Clear-Calls are also sent out with "3.1kHz Audio" instead of bearer-capability
"ISDN Unrestricted Digital Information" which ends in release with cause incompatible destination.
