IGMP Membership reports from the Hosts may be dropped on 3560E/3750E
Dot1Qtunnel interface preventing multicast traffic from being forwarded
between sites. 

This issue is seen in 3750E and 3560E switches.
3750E/3560E edge switch configured for dot1q-tunnel:

 interface GigabitEthernet1/0/1 (tunnel port)
  switchport access vlan 100
  switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
  switchport mode dot1q-tunnel
  l2protocol-tunnel cdp
  l2protocol-tunnel stp
  l2protocol-tunnel vtp
  no cdp enable
