Description (partial)

ENE/GNE role changes on the network causes unstable NE service and node connectivity issues.

This problem occurs when there are incorrect SNMP community strings which increases in length everytime there is a role change between an ENE and GNE node. This error may appear:
EID-2017: Exception: %01 for NE: %02 while %03.ORA-12899: value too large for column "CTMANAGER"."NE_INFO_TABLE"."NESNMPCOMMSTRING" (actual: 277, maximum: 256)
