Cisco Bug: CSCta60434 - PMKID candidate list is not supported on Vista and Windows 7
May 11, 2017
- Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: A mobile endpoint must do a full EAP authentication instead of leveraging the quicker PMKID reassociation when moving between access points on the same network. This means if the active profile requires the user to enter credentials for every full authentication, the user will be prompted to enter them. Conditions: On Windows Vista and Windows 7, the user is connected to a network requiring EAP authentication and the client roams from one access point to another.
