Symptom: External PBX/ PSTN transfered calls will not display correctly update Caller ID on agents CAD interface. Conditions: CallManager --H323 -- CME (5364 is a phone here) Calling number 6414 calls > 4428. 4428 Blind trf > 5364 (phone on a CME system). 5346 then blind trf the call to > 8511 (CTI RP). On the CAD agent it always displays 5346 as the calling party number even after the notification of calling party number change being received in JTAPI.
