Description (partial)

IGMP leave received on one subscriber interface causes forwarding to that group to stop on other subscriber interfaces for up to 60 seconds (the query interval).
IGMP Snooping does not process IGMPv2 leave reports that are sent to an IP DA other than (all routers). Instead it counts "leaves with DA not all routers" and forwards the msg upstream to all multicast routers. The receipt of the leave by the upstream router causes that router to remove the interface from the multicast route.
