Description (partial)

In "show failover", PIX/ASA redundant interface is stuck in failover Normal (Waiting) state. In the same time both firewalls can ping each other on redundant interfaces. All other (non-redundant) interfaces are in Normal state.

Captures show that each firewall generates Failover Hello (IP protocol 105) packets with the same source MAC addresses and wrong (non-existent) destination MAC address. Both ASAs are sending these packets to each other but do not respond to them.

- Failover
- Multiple context mode
- Redundant interfaces are configured
