Description (partial)


) Take DMT and CM backup from 4.x setup
2) Upgrade the CM with different IP
3) In "Cisco unified CM Administration login details page" from DMT, change the CM IP details and retore
4) Restore will be successful.
5) rmcm and jtapi sub-systems will be out-of-service


When upgraded CallManager IP is changed to different IP (CM 4.x IP is changed) before upgrading CRS4.x to UCCX7.x
