Description (partial)

Symptom:call stuck on DB Read operation when max connection for EDBS=1
1. have configured a DSN with max available connection =1.
2. used the attached script to make calls
3. all calls are getting stuck at the db read step.
4. RTR shows that available db connection=2.
5. calls are stuck in the system (and RTR) even after the caller has droped the call (45 minutes after the caller has dropped the call also).
6. since application max session has expired (as all 11 calls are stuck and 11 is the application max session), no new calls are also going to the system
