Symptom:

Customer is seeing Alignment errors as can be seen in the show alignment which
is attached. In the logs they are seeing spurious access errors due to the 
hsrp_mac_hash_lookup_active process.
Conditions:

During normal operation on the T train customer sees the following messages in the
logs.
