Description (partial)

Symptom:

CP-7961 sends CDP packets at unstable intervals and stops sending to the switch port.
Other protocols continue to be sent by the CP-7961. 
The issue occurs after booting the PC. 

3 minutes after stopping CDP, a Cat3750 switch port which was connected to CP-7961 and PC got DOT1X-5-SECURITY_VIOLATION error.
After this, the phone and the PC cannot be used (never authenticated) till doing a shut and no shut on the switch ports.

Conditions:

(LAN)---[Catalyst3750]---[CP-7961]--[PC]
dot1x is configured on the SW port that CP-7961 is connected.
