Cisco Bug: CSCta45160 - Shared memory keys need to be added for other unity services
Feb 22, 2014
- Cisco Unity Servers
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Unity will experience out_of_memory(0x8007000) errors when trying to access exchange via mapi. This is due to the shared memory pool being used up on the unity server. This is caused by the unity process loading the mapi32.dll but not having the registry key set to set the shared memory size. Conditions: Typically will occur quicker in large systems since the shared memory gets used quicker.
