Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a management application provides full_configuration to the device via http POST method with action flag set to "ha-replace", the device does not applies the given full configuration correctly. Some configuration which was previously present is not getting cleared.

Conditions:
User does a "ha-replace" of the current configuration, and the existing configuration contains 

"multicase routing" and/or
DNS Parameter Map and attach it to the DNS Inspection Rule

There possibly could be other configurations were the same issue might be present.
