Jun 24, 2011
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: During CAD true update process, if machine is rebooted. After the machine comes up, during first launch of CAD there is no true upgrade happening. Once we login to CAD - Close and then try to relogin True upgrade pop up is seen Conditions: CAD is downloaded from UCCX 7.0(1) base. After upgrading 7.0 to 7.0(1) SR3 , when CAD is launched it starts performing a true upgrade. If the client machine gets rebooted when the true upgrade is happening after the machine comes up if CAD is launched true upgrade does not kick in even though it has not completed the previous time. If CAD is looged in, logged out and the window closed and it is relaunched true upgrade kicks in.
