Symptom: User 'DBA' has the row in 'EOS_EOL_CARD' locked. Error noticed when trying to retrieve EOL/EOS report locally is: "Unable to get data from Local files. Check files are available or not. Try again later." Conditions: Noticed on RME 4.2 and LMS 3.1, when retrieving reports locally. Sybase lock issue occurs and is more likely if the number of rows in the particular table is huge or if the size of the database is huge.
