Description (partial)

CE does not receive some prefixes from PE running IOS XR.

This will happen when the prefix originates from the same AS as the CE that we want to advertize it to.

CE1 AS X ---- PE1 AS Y ------ PE2 ASY -- CE2 AS X

When CE1 is in AS X and advertizes prefix to PE1, it's AS_PATH will originate from AS X. When PE2 wants to advertize that prefix to CE2, it detects that the prefix originates in AS X and does not send it to CE2 as it's also in AS X.

This is different from IOS where this check is not implemented.
