Description (partial)

When attempting to do a DVO call, the call will fail.

When dialing using DVO forward, by entering the number and pushing the dial button, and using OS3.0, the side effect of the OS3.0 functionality now does a popup and requires the user to push the "cancel or call" button to continue with DVO. If they do not push it within 5 seconds, the call will fail even if they push "call" button from this popup.

Further Problem Description:
This is a "feature" of iPhone OS 3.0.  There is nothing that can be done about this specific dialog although we have opened change requests with Apple to alter the behavior.
