Description (partial)

Symptom:
AP up/down stats is not showing any values in case you are logged on with a non-root user on the WCS. If you create a new user and assign him all possible privileges and access with this user the AP up/down stats it is showing nothing. Also if you create new AP up/down events they are not visible.

Conditions:

Access the AP up/down stats from Monitor->AP page with a non-root user.
