Description (partial)

Symptom:
In case the Internet Explorer is  configured to "Work Offline", then upon connecting to either VPN or wired  network, the NAC agent pops-up and reports an error message "Clean Access  Server is not available on the network. Please contact your administrator if  the problem persists."

Conditions:
Internet Explorer is configured to "Work Offline"
