Symptom: When two interfaces connecting upstream neighbors become UP at the same time, PIM Prunes are sent to upstream neighbor after PIM Joins are sent. Therefore multicast traffic are dropped for 60sec (until Periodic Join). Conditions: This issue is observed when two interfaces become up at the same time.
