Description (partial)

Symptom:
WCS does not allow a user to run only the "Configure Access Points" task.
Conditions:
WCS 4.2.1280 or 4.2.110.0, create a user that is part of the "User Defined 4" group,
specify only the "Configure Access Points" task within this group. When logged into WCS, this user will not be able to access the AP configuration screen.
