Description (partial)


1) You call the bridge dial-in number, press 2 for profile access.
2) You enter in your meeting ID and password and the audio meeting begins
3) You then go to the web page and enter in the ID
4) When prompted, you log into the web session with your profile credentials
5) Within the flash web console, you can see that you have audio/web linked in the participants list
6) In the "Voice/Video Options" of the participants list window, "connect me" is grayed out (as expected) and "connect new user" is not.
7) You select to "connect new user", a new window opens in the console where you enter in
the 3rd party's name and phone number.
8) The system does successfully dial out to the 3rd party's (a guest) phone number.
However when the 3rd party picks up and presses 1 to attend, they get a "meeting access is restricted to invited..." prompt and the system hangs up on them.

Other participants joining can no longer call out to guests using the Connect New User feature

This issue does not occur for scheduled meetings or if you join the web meeting first. 


Reservationless meeting with "Who can attend" set to Anyone and outdial enabled.
