Symptom:

Reports are getting truncated


Conditions:

use CRS Historical Reports to create report on Contact Service Queue.
select a list of CSQ in the detailed windows for the reports.

If the total of the CSQ name length is less than 800 characters, then it will return the report with all CSQ selected.

If the total of the CSQ name length is greater than 800 chars, then it returns the report with the top n CSQ of the list, that the length is less than 800. The CRS Historical Reports is unaware of the rest of the selected CSQ.
