Symptom: An extra TCD (Termination Call Detail record) with Incorrect Call Disposition (1) seen for Unified WIM callback activity Conditions: An additional TCD with Call Disposition 1 is cut in Agent PG for every Call back Call. This is in addition to the expected TCD with Call dispostion 13 on the Agent PG. ICM/UCCE IPCC PG integrated with Unfied WIM
