Description (partial)

Symptom:

A customer's handset cannot talk to SIP IP Phone again even if it resume the call
when it moves to other area and requests handover on the status of call hold.

operation:
(1) handset (62000) calls SIP IP Phone(7906).
(2) SIP IP Phone(7906) answers.
(3)handset (62000) places the call on hold.
(4) customer's handset(62000) moves to other area. [Handover]
(5) customer's handset(62000) resumes the call. However, it cannot talk to SIP IP Phone(7906).

It has 2 problems.

Problem 1:
In the operation (4), customer's handset(62000) sends INVITE(sendonly) to SRST.
However, SRST sends INVITE(without stream attr) to SIP IP Phone(7906).
In the case with CUCM, CUCM sends INVITE(sendonly) correctly.

Problem 2:
In the operation (5), customer's handset(62000) sends INVITE(without stream attr) to SRST.
But SRST doesn't send INVITE to SIP IP Phone(7906). Therefore, 62000 and 7906 cannot
connect.
