Description (partial)

Symptoms: A group member with VSA runs out of memory and starts dropping
 traffic after 12 hours.
Conditions: This symptom is observed when the packet size of the traffic sent
is near mtu so that the packets get fragmented before encryption. Crypto map
on a multilink interface with VSA as the crypto engine will cause memory leak
 for every packet decrypted.
