Feb 22, 2014
- Cisco ONS 15454 Series Multiservice Provisioning Platforms
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Auto/Manual reset of XC card results in continuous reboots of Standby XC card. It happens only if non-revertive UPSR/SNCP HO/LO circuits are provisioned on that node. Conditions: 1) Create multiple non-revertive UPSR/SNCP HO/LO circuits on 15454 /15310MA node. 3) Few/All UPSR/SNCP circuits are in switched state. Traffic is active on the protect path on those circuits. 2) Delete any intermediate UPSR/SNCP HO/LO circuit. Do not delete last provisioned UPSR/SNCP circuit. 3) Auto reset/Manual reset of the standby XC/CTX card. 4) Standby XC/CTX card goes for continuous reset. Issue happens on 15310MA node as well on 15454 node too. On 15454, It happens only with XCVXC card. Issue is present in 6.2 release. It is fixed in 7.0 release.
