Symptoms: With multiple DHCP bindings present in the relay and downstream traffic flowing (100000 pac/sec), if the ARP table is cleared, packets are punted to the RP causing a memory leak. Conditions: This issue is seen only with a single PRE setup where the Cisco 10000 router is acting as a DHCP relay.
