Traffic may reach twice expected rate when a shaper is configured on a sub-interface, such as VLAN or QinQ.


This symptom is observed in PPPoEoVLAN or PPPoEoQinQ config that has multiple PPP sessions connected to one sub-interface on PTA. One of the sessions has 2-level session policy-map (QoS model F), while others has none session policy-map.
